The Investment Corporation concluded the contract regarding the commissioning of the purchase of investment units (acquisition of own investment units) dated May 22, 2025. As a general administrator defined under the Investment Trusts Act, the company shall engage in administrative services related to acquisition of own investment units (Article 117, Item 6 of the Investment Trusts Act).
In addition, the investment unit purchase delegation contract will be terminated at the point when all settlements related to the purchases made during the acquisition period for the self-investment units (from May 23, 2025, to September 12, 2025) have been completed (or, if the delegated purchase quantity is reached during the purchase period, at the point when all settlements related to the purchases made up to that time have been completed), and thereafter, the entity will no longer be regarded as the general administrative agent.
