Meeting of Unitholders

Major issues in the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations or the Articles of Incorporation such as changes of the Articles of Incorporation, changes of executive and supervisory directors, and changes of investment policies and criteria are resolved at a general meeting of unitholders. The Investment Corporation shall hold a general meeting of unitholders at least once every 2 years within Tokyo 23 wards and notify the unitholders of the meeting in written documents by 2 weeks before the date of the meeting.
